Automate the Important
We encourage you to set up an automated giving schedule to have your “first fruits” go to the Lord every time. Our online giving portal lets you easily set up a recurring gift via your debit card or credit card. Charitable contributions are not refundable. For more information: jmiller@fbcaugusta.org
Give Via Mobile App
Give on the Secure Give Mobile App. It is connected to your online giving account, so all you have to do is click Give, anytime, anywhere. The mobile app is available for Android and IOS devices.
Give Via Check
Checks can be made payable to First Baptist Church and placed in the offering plate or one of the drop boxes on campus, or mailed to: First Baptist Church; 3500 Walton Way Ext; Augusta, GA 30909. Or contact your bank about enrolling in automated bill pay.
Gift of Stocks & Mutual Funds
Giving appreciated assets – such as stock – often allows you to maximize a gift. Typically, you can receive a tax deduction for the value of the stock on the day it was given, regardless of the cash basis (original purchase price) out of stock. Capital gain taxes are avoided. Estate Planning
Setting up a well-designed estate plan may protect your loved ones from expensive probate taxes, allowing you to use the savings to leave a legacy gift for the Church. For more information contact the church office.
Make a Tax-Free IRA Gift
If you are required to take a required minimum distribution, you may now instruct your IRA custodian to transfer any amount up to $100,000 directly to First Baptist Church. This distribution would not be included in your taxable income (but could fulfill any required minimum distribution requirements) and would not produce an income tax deduction.

Cash is always accepted in the offering or drop boxes.
