Please join us for a Special Called Church in Conference on Sunday, June 22, at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. This important meeting is being held to vote on the Minister of Students candidate, and a quorum is required for the vote to proceed. Your presence is essential!

 

The Finance Committee is requesting the Church-in-Conference to approve reimbursement of the Major Property Contingency (MPC) account for expenditures made from that account to fund and finalize repairs to the Daniel Building and Sanctuary from damage incurred during Hurricane Helene.  We’re requesting $99,133.75 be taken from recently earned interest and placed in the MPC account to fully reimburse the MPC fund for these expenditures.   

(We’re not asking that the church approve the expenditures – those have been made and were authorized expenditures under the MPC.  We are just asking that the MPC fund be reimbursed from the earned interest.)
