Book Donation Drive

We are a community partner with Copeland Elementary School. The Media Specialist has asked FBC Augusta members to help her provide a book fair that the children can participate in and be excited about this year. Standard bookfairs are no longer economical for the families and supply no benefit to the library at Copeland.
The Mission Development Council would like to encourage our members to drop off gently used or new children’s books (all reading levels) through the month of February. These books will then be sold to the students for nominal cost. All proceeds from the Book Fair would be used by the Media Specialist to purchase items for the media center to enhance the children’s learning environment. Below is a link to the Media Specialist’s wish list and it will give you ideas of what type of books they are looking to have available. You may also give money through the Green Envelope (designate Copeland Book Fair) and we can purchase the books. Thank you for participating in this book donation drive.
White Collection boxes will be placed in the Adult Building, MAC, and the lobby of the Administrative Bldg.
